Guest Column: Thomaston Town Office takes position on Thomaston Green vote
Thomaston's town government issued a statement May 19 taking a position on the Thomaston Town Green vote. It states in part: "The Community and Economic Development Committee and the Select Board strongly support a “yes” vote on Article #3, which enables all citizens to have a future say on anything that happens at the Green."

Down East Singers announces spring semester rehearsal
An informational Zoom meeting will be held Tuesday, Jan. 11, at 7 p.m. Advance registration is now open for the singing group, which will begin in-person rehearsals for spring semester Tuesday, Feb. 1, in Watts Hall, 174 Main St., Thomaston.
