Rockport planners to view Samoset cottage site

The Rockport Planning Board will meet at the Samoset Resort on Wednesday, Aug. 11 for a site walk and will conduct a public hearing at the Rockport Opera House later that night. Samorock plans cottages near Marie Reed Park

The Rockport Planning Board reviewed a site plan pre-application July 14 from Samorock LLC for the construction of three 900-square-foot cottages in the vicinity of the old chapel area on the Samoset Resort property on the parcel identified in town tax maps as Map 1, Lot 170, in District 909.
