UPDATED: Rockland methadone clinic poised to reopen

Rockland's methadone clinic on Route 1 plans to reopen next week, according to its program director. Colonial Management Group of Orlando, Fla. plans to re-open the former Turning Tide clinic located at 166 New County Road (Route 1) near the Rockland/Thomaston town line.
