Camden Planning Board, developer debate need for biological study
An engineer hoping to secure permits for a 10-lot subdivision off Route 1 tried to talk the Planning Board out of requiring a biological study to see how the project will impact the ecosystem. It was also noted this may only be the first phase of a larger development.
