Camden Select Board sets Sept. 7 hearing on parking, subdivision changes

A proposed change in the parking ordinance would lift the burden of solving downtown Camden's parking problems off the shoulders of retail stores and restaurant owners. A change to open-space subdivision rules would reduce lot sizes to encourage development and possibly affordable housing.
