Federal appeals court upholds decision favoring Camden police
The U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed a decision that Camden police acted properly in investigating a burglary. Woman files appeal after losing lawsuit against Camden
A woman who claimed that the town failed to properly investigate a burglary at her Camden home has appealed to the First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston after a federal judge in Maine sided with the town on all counts.
