Rockport Zoning Board to uphold hotel building permit
The Rockport Zoning Board of Appeals voted June 2 to deny each of the six arguments raised by appellants opposing the issuing of a building permit for the Rockport Hotel. At its next meeting the board is expected to finalize findings of fact and issue a final denial of the appeal.

Updated: Building permit issued for Rockport Hotel
The building permit for the Rockport Hotel that has been under construction in the village was issued Friday, April 1, according to Code Officer Scott Bickford. It had to be issued again due to court appeals of the project.
