Camden, Rockport leaders in heated dispute over sewer fees

Camden and Rockport town officials have exchanged strong words in meetings and correspondence as negotiations have broken down over sewer fees. Camden says Rockport has not paid its bills; Rockport accuses Camden of failing to discuss the matter.
