State Sen. David Miramant, D-Camden, was re-elected Tuesday to a fourth consecutive term. Democrat Miramant bested Republican Gordon Page of Owls Head by a vote of 13,761 to 10,275. Rockport approves fireworks ban, solar ordinance
Rockport citizens voted to support two proposed ordinances Nov. 3. They favored the new fireworks ban by a vote of 1,473 - 991, and the solar farm ordinance by a vote of 1,871 - 561.
