Thousands gathered in Harbor Park July 11 and 12 for the 22nd North Atlantic Blues Festival; fans and musicians came from all over the country — and the world. The 23rd North Atlantic Blues Festival will again transform the city of Rockland into a musical mecca. The festival performances go on in Harbor Park from 11 a.m. to between 6 and 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, July 11 and 12, and those lineups are surrounded by musical cushions that stretch from Friday through Sunday nights.
