    Camden approves ordinance changes

    In addition to registering their choices for state and federal legislative candidates and governor, Camden citizens approved seven changes to the Camden Zoning Ordinance when they voted Nov. 2.     Republican Wesley Richardson of Warren won a fourth term as State Representative for District 49, which includes Cushing, Friendship, Union and Warren, when voters favored him over challenger Shelby Chadwick by a vote of 2,161 to 1,795.     St. George approves charter change

    St. George residents will see a change in their budget calendar, and in the dates when they pay property tax, after voters in that town decided Nov. 2 to approve a change to the town charter.     Welsh to return to Augusta

    Democrat Joan Welsh of Rockport will return to Augusta, representing Maine House of Representatives District 46, for a second term after Camden and Rockport voters chose her almost 2-to-1 over second-time Republican challenger Helen Shaw in a 2,776 to 1,674 vote Nov. 2.
