I have been bicycle touring for over 25 years. Last winter I completed a tour across the USA (San Diego to Tallahassee to Atlanta, AMTRAK to St. Paul,MN, to Binghamton, NY). Each week I will talk with local bicycle experts (mechanics) and tourers, and I will also talk with visiting bicycle tourists.

9 a.m. - 10 a.m. Urania's Mirror
Urania's Mirror is the astrology studio and podcast of Urania Muse / Jude Valentine who is a professional artist and practicing astrologer with more than 25 years experience in the study and application of mythology, numerology, tarot and astrology.


10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Morning Mental Health
