On the Road
7am – 8am
Wednesdays 7 am - 8 am. I have been bicycle touring for over 25 years. Last winter I completed a tour across the USA (San Diego to Tallahassee to Atlanta, AMTRAK to St. Paul, MN, to Binghamton, NY). Each week I will talk with local bicycle experts (mechanics) and tourers, and I will also talk with visiting bicycle tourists.

The Chris Wolf Show
8am – 9am
Pen Bay News Report AKA The Chris Wolf show every Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 8-9am.  News, weather, sports, trivia and always an interesting live guest from politics to music.

Mix Tape
3pm – 5pm
On MIXTAPE you’ll hear releases from today’s best alternative artists along with an eclectic mix of rock, folk, R&B, electronic and country. I’ve been collecting music all my life and making mix tapes for just as long. The days of audiocassettes are long gone but the craft of making a good mix remains the same – selecting songs that work together to tell a story.

Rockland Metro
5pm – 6pm
Round table discussion about topics found in the Buzz. The public is welcome to come to the station and add their voice.

The Center Must Hold
6pm – 7pm
THE CENTER MUST HOLD is a bi-weekly radio call-in program looking at developments of interest, both political and cultural, local and global, with a decidedly irreverent slant.
To paraphrase Yeats. . Things fall apart; the center cannot hold; Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world." But friends... With all due apologies to William Butler, The Center Must Hold...
Eric Your host, a sometime instructor and former student of the Autodidact, and currently a licensed trial balloon test pilot. Will present topics, from multiple viewpoints, striving to entertain, illuminate and celebrate the human condition.
But remember correlation is not causation. And nobody ever makes it out alive..

Matinicus Wannabe w/ Lock Kiermaier
7pm – 9pm
Lock will be playing a eclectic mixture of the music he loves: including rock, country, bluegrass, soul, rhythm & blues, folk, blues and whatever else he’s into on any given Monday. Click here for past shows and blog.

In The Groove
9pm – 11pm
“In the Groove” with DJ LaLa. This show explores the roots of hip hop through funk and soul.
