Work progresses on Route 1 property

By Susan Mustapich | Jan 06, 2020

CAMDEN — Work is underway on a former gas station and convenience store prominently located on Route 1.

New owner Stephen Winchenbach began work on the exterior of the building in mid-November 2019 and plans to use the building as the shop for his heating and air- conditioning business. The former McDucks gas station and store closed in 2009 and the property remained vacant until Winchenbach purchased it last year.

will be much "prettier"  that's for sure, the site was left so ugly to look at for so long. Not the kind of site Camden ought to be welcoming tourists to see. I love beauty.
