Hating Habits

Incorporate your daily meal with the six classes of food. This will ensure that you always have sufficient supply of the vital nutrients necessary for the metabolic activities in your body while eliminating any case of deficiency.


Take 4 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner); include vegetables, fruits, legumes, cereals, milk, yogurt or cheese, eggs, meat, and oils.
