Violin, cello and piano at Noon RESCHEDULED

Rockland — A Boston-based trio of international musicians will perform a Music@Noon concert Wednesday, Feb. 13, in the library of the downtown Farnsworth Art Museum. RESCHEDULED TO MARCH 13 DUE TO SNOWSTORM.

The lunchtime series, co-presented by Bay Chamber Concerts and the Farnsworth, combines an hour-long live classical music concert plus a freshly prepared lunch from Atlantic Baking Company and access to the museum following the performance.

Polish-born Aleksandra Labinska holds a doctorate in violin performance from Boston University, has received numerous awards and performed in many prestigious concert series around the world. Cellist Kett Chuan Lee was the youngest member of the National Symphony and Radio Television Orchestras in Malaysia before coming to the United States in 2003; and is the cellist of the Boston String Quartet. Portuguese pianist Inês Andrade has performed at Carnegie Hall, Centre Le Phénix (Switzerland), Centro Cultural de Belém (Portugal), Alexander Girardi Hall (Italy) and Auditório Jotamonte (Cape Verde).

The trio will perform Tchaikovsky’s Meditation from Souvenir d’un lieu cher, Op. 42; Bartok’s Romanian Dances for violin and piano, Sz. 56, BB 68; Debussy’s Sonata for Cello and Piano, L. 144; and António Fragoso’s Trio for Violin, Cello and Piano in C-sharp Minor.
