Roland Littlefield and Fran Riley, Owners of United Realty in Belfast are delighted to announce the sale of 60 Pine Street in Belfast.  This lovely property was home to Elizabeth and Richard Sanborn for years.  Located in the heart of town yet privately situated just off Congress Street, the home will now be wonderfully cared for by it's new owner, Elizabeth Whitman.

Roland and Fran listed the property and within days had buyers interested. Once Elizabeth Whitman viewed the home and property, she was determined to make this her home.

The Trustees, Pete Marden and Sherry Macleod, were on hand to sign the transfer of the deed today, at Attorney Lee Woodward, Jr.'s Law Office on Main Street.

Attorney Jeremy Marden represented The Brownie Trust.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve the Marden Family and also work with Beth through her purchase.  Congratulations Everyone!
