Underground Wine Dinner

Join us on Wednesday, March 14th for 16 Bay View's first ever Underground Wine Dinner. Our very own Chef Andrea Barbour, along with Bank Burana of Sopo Wine Co., will be presenting a fabulous five-course French-inspired meal and wine pairings.

Chicken & Dumplings (Chicken consommé, pork dumplings)
Oysters & Urchin (John's River Oysters on the half shell, sea urchin, champagne)
Foie Gras & Toast (Seared foie gras, roasted garlic toast, candied tomato)
Pan Seared Scallops (Lemony beets, parsnip puree, coriander)
Orange Ricotta Tart (Pink peppercorn honey)
