UMA Rockland to host forum on IT careers Oct. 24

Rockland — The UMA Rockland Center, 91 Camden St., will host a free, open forum on “Careers in Computing and IT” Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. This moderated discussion of employers, faculty, students and alumni will explore the career and educational opportunities in the Midcoast in the quickly evolving IT field.

The discussion will be moderated by Jason Judd, program director for Project Login, a statewide nonprofit that connects Mainers with careers for the future in computing and information technology.
