Rockland — Adas Yoshuron Synagogue, in partnership with the Farnsworth Art Museum, will present a dramatic reading of Edward Albee’s “Occupant” Saturday, Feb. 3, at 2 p.m. at the synagogue, 50 Willow St.

The occupant in question is American artist Louise Nevelson, who grew up in Rockland. The reading, presented by The Actors Studio of Newburyport, will be performed by Arlene Barnard and Joe Dominguez, who will take part in a Q&A directly following the reading.

No tickets will be sold at the door, so attendance is by advance registration only. Tickets are $15, $12 for Farnsworth and Adas Yoshuron Synagogue members, available online at farnsworthmuseum.org or in person at the Farnsworth Art Museum for will-call.

This will be the second cultural event Adas Yoshuron Synagogue and Farnsworth Art Museum have presented jointly. The Farnsworth exhibition “Black and White: Louise Nevelson/Pedro Guerrero” is on view through April 1.
