Thomaston — The Thomaston Police Department responded to 109 incidents from Oct. 29 to Nov. 4:

Oct. 30

Timothy Robinson II, 22, of Friendship was cited for failure to produce proof of insurance.


Andrew Blauvelt, 23, of Washington was cited for attaching false plates and arrested for operating under the influence and a probation violation.

Thomas Shepard, 33, of West Palm Beach, Fla. was cited for speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone and failure to show proof of insurance.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
