‘The Penobscot’ shown at Medomak Arts

Waldoboro — The Medomak Valley Land Trust and Medomak Arts will continue their film series Tuesday evening, July 18, with screening of the documentary "The Penobscot: Ancestral River, Contested Territory" (2015, USA) at Medomak Arts, 13 Friendship St./Route 220 in the village.

The evening will start at 6:30 p.m. with social time and the film will be shown at 7 p.m. A $5 suggested donation is requested; drinks and refreshments will be available. For more information, call MVLT at 832-5570.

The nonprofit Medomak Arts fosters imagination and creativity for all members of the Medomak region by providing arts education, celebration and promotion. It has a view of the Medomak River, the two large rooms and kitchen, available to rent for community and private events. High speed internet will soon be available.
