Suter returns to Monday Night Blues

ROCKLAND — The weekly Monday night blues series continues Monday, Oct. 14, with the Alexis P. Suter Band performing in the upstairs music room of Time Out Pub, 275 Main St. Doors open 6 p.m., and the music starts 7 p.m. Admission is $15 at the door.

The Alexis P. Suter Band is an American roots/blues outfit from Brooklyn, N.Y. The deep-voiced Suter’s roots are in the church, and she and her bandmates were regulars on Levon Helm’s Midnight Ramble. As a festival favorite, the Suter Band has shared the stage with Bo Diddley, Dickey Betts, B.B. King, Coco Montoya, Etta James, Buddy Guy and Allen Toussaint.
