Students recognized for positive attitude

Thomaston — Several Thomaston Grammar School students were recognized for their positive attitude at a school-wide assembly May 14. The students receiving the “Positive Attitude” award are problem-solvers and accomplish tasks work to improve their behavior and their relationships with others, a press release from the school said.

Riley Donahue was also received the Principal’s Award at the assembly. She was described by school officials as a wonderful, contributing member of the Thomaston Grammar School community. They said she is responsible, respectful, trustworthy, empathetic, caring, and more. She was described as loyal when it is right to be, honest when it is important to be, and kind to others always.
