Rockland — What is stress? How does it affect health and what can people do about it?

Join Gilda Joffe in the Community Room of the Rockland Public Library on Tuesday, Nov. 5 at 6:30 p.m. in the exploration of how people can manage stress, both at home and at work, and become resilient and productive individuals.

Gilda, a former international performing artist, now works as an educator and consultant with individuals, businesses and groups, facilitating stress management strategies that provide higher personal and professional productivity. She is a certified HeartMath trainer and coach.

This program is co-sponsored by Destination Wellness Midcoast Maine & the Rockland Public Library. The Rockland Public Library is located at 80 Union St. This event is free and open to the public.
