St. George peninsula studios to open for art tour

St. George — The St. George Business Alliance holds its “Touring Peninsula Art” event Saturday, Sept. 16,  from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. From the St. George town line to the tip of the peninsula in Port Clyde, SGBA member artists, studios, galleries, and shops will be open and displaying a wide variety of work by local artists and photographers. Colorful "Art Tour" lawn signs and event maps will identify participating locations along Route 131 and on village side streets. Maps will be available online at SGBA’s website.
