Chef Andrea Barbour & Bank Burana of SOPO Wine Co are teaming up once again to create a beautiful French-inspired 7 course dinner with wine pairings. (Facebook Event)

Amusé: Maine crab, béarnaise sauce, rye cracker, caviar, chive
Potage: Creamy asparagus soup, cured local egg yolk, crispy prosciutto
Poisson: Shad roe, lemon & caper, celery confit, crispy leek
Sorbet: Grapefruit & rosemary
Entrée: Duck a l’orange, lentils, swiss chard
Fromage: Roquefort, pear, walnut bread
Dessert: Black grape clafoutis, meyer lemon cream, thyme caramel
