Rockland — The Coastal Children's Museum, 75 Mechanic St., will transform into Santa's Workshop Saturday, Dec. 15, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Santa will visit  the museum, and parents are invited to take pictures of their kids with St. Nick. After visiting with Santa, kids can then become one of his elves and make some holiday crafts they can give away as gifts.

To wrap up the festivities, at 1 p.m. the museum will present a children’s Christmas music show and sing-along, where kids can join in by singing and playing instruments. Music will be presented by: Rosie Gerry from Lincolnville on guitar and vocals, Cami Jewett from Camden on fiddle, piano and vocals, Lis Becu from Martinsville on fiddle and mandolin and Jim Ostergard of Appleton on bass.

All of these events are included with museum admission. For more information, email the museum at programs@coastalchildrensmuseum.org or call 596-0300.
