Roland Littlefield and Fran Riley, Owners of United Realty in Belfast, are delighted to announce the sale of Michael Lewis's 17 Main Street, Belfast Commercial Property.

Known to the locals as the former "Steego" building, this historic building sits stately at the intersection of Main and Front Streets, overlooking the bay as well as all the activity along Main and Front Streets.

Mike used to own the building jointly with the late Jerry Savitz, Gail's husband. Now, Gail along with her Sons and Nephew, have taken over the ownership and look forward to keeping it in the family for years to come.

Paul Doody, Commercial Loan Officer for Camden National Bank, handled the financing of the purchase. Attorney Miles Frieden represented the Buyers and Mike's Daughter-in-Law, Attorney Christy Lewis, represented him.

Congratulations everyone and thank you for choosing United Realty to assist you with your real estate needs!
