Rockland police ask for public's help in home break-ins

Rockland — Rockland police have asked for the public's help in solving two recent home burglaries.

The first occurred either on Aug. 1 or Aug. 2 on Berkeley Street. Several items were reported stolen, including a large-screen television.

The other occurred between Aug. 3 and Aug. 8 at a vacant house on Rankin Street near the intersection with Old County Road.

In that break-in, copper piping and copper wiring were removed from the house.
