A Leading Maine Real Estate brokerage is seeking a dynamic and energetic Office Administrator for our Camden office. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and interface with agents, staff, clients, and vendors, and will be responsible for the maintenance of all listing information for our Camden office.

Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and experience in the real estate field are encouraged to apply.

Duties include:

Maintenance of a multi line phone system

Interfacing with the Maine MLS, entering and maintaining listing information

Professional and courteous interactions with clients and agents

Scheduling appointments such as showings, open houses, etc. Utilizing computer products such as Microsoft Office, and Adobe products (In-design & Photoshop). Also willing to learn new software programs for entering new listings, etc. Maintenance and reordering of office supplies, business cards, signage.
