I really hope Village Soup has space to include this article in its reporting this whole week.  It is really important that Rockport property owners have the opportunity to voice their opinions on this attempt to regulate owners’ rights.  It gladdens my heart that the position of the Board of Selectmen and the Town Manager has changed from: “this will be on the November ballot” to “whether the town should propose regulations.”

I invite those interested in this issue to contact me for further details.  Thank you.
