MAINE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, a statewide foundation with offices in Ellsworth and Portland, seeks a highly motivated professional to staff competitive grant programs and to provide support to selected donors. The ideal candidate has knowledge of communities and nonprofit organizations in Hancock, Washington and Waldo counties, experience managing complex projects, and excellent relationship management skills and ability to engender trust.  Demonstrated project management skills, excellent communication abilities, team-oriented work style, and strategic thinking skills are a must. Prior grantmaking and development experience preferred. Position is located in Ellsworth and requires statewide travel.  Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years professional experience. Competitive compensation and benefits,  EOE.
