He was taken to the Knox County Jail in Rockland.

According to an affidavit filed in the Knox County court by the Rockland police, Starr smashed out a car window while a woman was inside the vehicle.

A tirade would only be verbal abuse. This sounds more like a tantrum or a rampage!
