ROCKPORT — Necessary Music Productions and writer/actor Peter Paton present “Peter Patonʼs Comedy, Variety and Music Show,” Saturday night, June 29, at the Rockport Opera House, 6 Central St. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 p.m.

Paton will perform comedy, as well as welcoming The Cool Kidsʼ Table, for improv comedy, and will welcome three music acts.

Random Ideas are an up and coming socially-conscious group of musically-gifted triplets from Kennebec County who performed their spirited pop punk originals at this yearʼs Pride Portland event. Anthony Marsh is an extremely capable guitarist who loves playing acoustic in a variety of styles. And while most know Vincent Gabriel for his time with the Blind Albert Blues Band, he will perform his songs acoustic for this show.

The evening will feature sets from all three performers, and refreshments during intermission. Random Ideas will also play live warmup music while attendees are being seated. Tickets are $15, free for kids younger than 13, available at the box office or the door.
