Parking enforcement is returning to Camden

Jun 10, 2021

CAMDEN — The Camden Police Department has announced parking enforcement is returning to the downtown business district.

All parking spaces are now two hours, unless marked otherwise. This includes the Public Landing at Camden Harbor and the Mechanic Street parking lot.

Beginning  Monday, June 14, citations will be issued for violations. During the pandemic, parking enforcement was suspended.

Free all-day parking is available in the upper lot next to the Public Safety building on Washington Street; in the large Knox Mill parking lot with an entrance on Knowlton Street between Alden and Mechanic and in the Camden Public Library parking lot on Atlantic Avenue.
