Camden — The popular Mondaynite Jazz Orchestra will perform Monday, June 25, at 6 p.m. in the Camden Amphitheatre, adjacent to host Camden Public Library on Atlantic Avenue.

Everyone is invited to bring a lawn chair or blanket, a picnic supper and dancing (or tapping) feet. The concert is free and open to the public. The 18-piece MoJO performs a variety of musical styles — traditional big band, Latin, swing, funk and blues — and vocal numbers are included.

"MoJO is a local favorite, it wouldn't be summer without them kicking things off. I'm so excited about our whole concert lineup this year," said Cayla Miller, library events coordinator.

That lineup includes another MoJO concert on July 9. Other summer amphitheater concerts include: July 4, Camden Rotary Clubs’ Music By the Sea from noon to 6 p.m.; July 17, Midcoast Brass Quintet, 7 p.m.; July 22, Bay Winds North Wind Ensemble, 2 p.m.; July 31, Novel Jazz, 7 p.m.; Aug. 14, Pete Kilpatrick, 7 p.m.; Thursday, Aug. 16, Daymark Irish Trio, 7 p.m.; Aug. 19, Quantum, 2 p.m.; Aug. 23, Clyde Bisbee & The Wheelhouse Revelers, 7 p.m.; and Aug. 28, Hungrytown, 7 p.m.
