Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: safely transporting, delivery, moving, lifting and storing of consigned items/antiques and assisting with facility needs including building light maintenance and repairs, vehicle maintenance, storage needs, etc., arranging and staging items in preparation for auction. As directed, providing support throughout an auction, with moving and storing items and loading onto vehicles. Taking care of building, grounds and vehicle cleanliness and maintenance other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Valid Maine driver’s license with clean driving record; experience in operating and safely handling power and hand tools; basic knowledge of / ability with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc. Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English with the ability to use computer programs for email, internet navigation and inventory management. Must be able to work during auction weekends. Must also possess strength, stamina and ability to lift and move items up to 90 lbs.
