Online Poll: Worried about hurricanes?

Sep 14, 2017

This week we are asking:

"Are you concerned about a hurricane hitting the Midcoast?"

It has been an active hurricane season in the Atlantic with first Harvey, then Irma and Katia, and at press time concerns about Jose. While we are normally spared drastic weather in Maine, hurricanes and storms related to them have knocked down trees and caused power outages here in the past. What do you think?

See attached chart for results from last week's On The Line poll.

Participation in On The Line polls is free and anonymous. You must visit knox.villagesoup.com to take our latest poll.

Results appear first in The Courier-Gazette and are published online each Thursday at 11 a.m.

Editor's note: On The Line polls are not scientific samplings of local opinion, but they do offer readers an opportunity to share their views online and in the newspaper.
