On June 8th Natalie's at Camden Harbour Inn celebrates World Oceans Day with a special menu approved by Ethic Ocean.

On World Oceans Day, people around our blue planet celebrate and honor the ocean, which connects us all. Get together with your family, friends, community, and the planet to start creating a better future. Working together, we can and will protect our shared ocean. Join this growing global celebration on 8 June!

As a proud member of Relais & Châteaux, Camden Harbour Inn is committed protecting marine World Heritage sites and fisheries resources, together with UNESCO and SeaWeb Europe.For the World Ocean Day, as a member, we will be offering you a "sustainable seafood menu" consistent with the preservation of marine World Heritage. A contribution will be donated to the Marine Program of the World Heritage Center

Executive Chef Chris Long and Executive Sous Chef Ulfet Ralph created a sustainable fish menu approved by Ethic Ocean. Ethic Ocean is an environmental organization dedicated to the preservation of fisheries resources and marine ecosystems. Its mission is to create opportunities for change and to contribute to the implementation of sustainable practices within the sector.

Raymond Brunyanszki owner of Camden Harbour Inn says;'World Oceans Day fits with our daily commitment to offer sustainable choices. We grow our own vegetables, herbs and flowers. We use local fishermen, farmers and foresters and we have a zero waist policy. From portion sizes to the ingredients we select for our menus and even our crew meals; everything should have the lowest possible impact and should be responsibly sourced."
