Kathryn Oliver’s “The Sacred Garden” paintings are hanging in the Lincolnville Community Building.

Lincolnville — Camden artist Kathryn Oliver’s “The Sacred Garden” exhibit of large tapestry paintings is on view in the Lincolnville Community Building, 18 Searsmont Road/Route 173, Lincolnville Center.

Oliver will give an artist talk during the United Church Of Christ’s Sunday Coffee Hour on Feb. 10 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. All are welcome.

This exhibition is inspired by the stained glass windows of the cathedrals Oliver visited in Europe. In these paintings, which has a palette of blues and gold, she combine her passion for gardens with meditations on the Madonna. For more information, visit kathrynoliver.com.
