No injuries in two-car crash in Rockport

Rockport — Route 1 was closed to through traffic for about an hour just after 5:45 p.m. Nov. 11 near The Ledges by the Bay motel in Rockport following a two-vehicle crash.

Neither of the drivers involved was injured, according to a family member.

The vehicles involved in the crash were a 2005 Mercedes Benz and a 2007 Hyundai. The Mercedes was driven by Judith Benozer. The Hyundai was driven by Hannah Moody, who had one passenger, Thomas Krause, in the vehicle with her.

Traffic was diverted to Old County Road and Warrenton Avenue on either end of the crash while the scene was cleared.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Camden Exxon.
