Rockland — Rosemary Willson and Richard Schneller, joined members of the Rockland Parks and Recreation Committee, along with Public Services Director Kathy Bourque-Parker, Terry Pinto, and Nate Davis, in celebrating Arbor Week by planting a mountain ash at the north side of the Rockland Library front steps. Willson and Schneller led the successful effort for the town of Rockland to get the Tree City USA designation.
