Thomaston — The Watts Hall Community Players hosted an old-fashioned sock hop Feb. 8, and dancers, many costumed, arrived in force to twist the night away. The community event was free, with donations collected for air-conditioning the venerable Thomaston venue.

Thanks to the Watts Hall Community Players for making this happen!!  Great fun for all who attended and those attendees clamored for a repeat!!  Chalk up yet another crowd-leasing community event at Historic Watts Hall.  Long may they continue.  Thanks for the colorful summary of the rockstars, Dagney.
