Rockport — It was a rainy afternoon Dec. 28 at Rockport Harbor. The skies were cloudy and grey, with nobody to be seen but the water fowl.
The waters were calm at Rockport Harbor but the sky was cloudy as the rain steadily increased on Dec. 28.
