CAMDEN — Heavy rains swelled the Megunticook River and Montgomery Falls over Camden Harbor the morning of Sept. 11.

A planned repair to Montgomery Dam, whether dams on the Megunticook River can lead to flooding in downtown Camden, and the frequent flooding at the base of Harbor Park, are issues the select board, business owners and community members have been discussing this year.
