Washington — Prescott Memorial school in Washington has been dealing with coronavirus requirements by eating lunch in small groups on the school's front lawn.

The school holds two lunch groups, and kids are enjoying the warm weather while it lasts by eating outside.

The meal time is also a designated mask break, which must be built into the schedule according to the guidelines for opening Maine schools.

Principal Nancy Stover said it has been wonderful to see the students enjoying lunch outside, and they have been doing very well with it.
