Weather Brief Sep 23, 2019

Midcoast Forecast - September 23, 2019 PM

We're enjoying another warm summer like day Monday with highs climbing into the 70s to low 80s with high humidity but sunshine is fading away as clouds roll in. Clouds will lead to periods of showers Monday night as a cold front moves in from the west. We'll see some clearing Tuesday morning followed by areas of showers and storms during the afternoon and evening. Rainfall totals will be fairly low, with less than 1/2" expected. The front will clear east into Wednesday as cooler and drier air moves in with highs dropping back down to the 60s under sunny skies. We'll see clouds move back in on Thursday with a chance of late day showers as another front approaches from the west. Warm air will move in ahead of the front with highs back into the 70s. We'll see clearing on Friday once again with a chance for another round of rain Friday night and into early Saturday.
