Midcoast Forecast - November 18, 2018

The week ahead will continue to feel like winter with multiple chances for snow across the Midcoast and region. Weak low pressure will move in from the west through tonight and into Monday bringing a light mix of rain and snow mainly between the coast and I-95. Snow accumulations will be light with rain winning out for some locations with a trace to 2" possible. Precipitation will begin during the early morning hours and taper off some into the early night. A slightly stronger area of low pressure will follow behind from the west bringing another round or precipitation that looks to be mainly as snow with higher accumulations between 3" to 5". Snow will begin Monday night and into Tuesday becoming heavy at times through the day before ending during the early night Tuesday. An arctic cold front will push through on Wednesday possibly bringing another trace to 1" of snow followed by bitter cold for the late week.
