Weather Brief Nov 14, 2019

Midcoast Forecast - November 14, 2019 PM

It has been a cold and cloudy day across the Midcoast with pockets of light flurries as a warm front lifts over New England. This will make for a relatively milder day on Friday with lows in the 30s and highs in the 40s. We'll see some clouds early followed by mostly sunny skies into the afternoon with breezy southwest winds. The warm up will be short lived as an arctic cold front arrives overnight with a chance of a few quick snow showers followed by a blast of cold heading into early Saturday morning. The cold will move in along brisk northwest winds dropping wind chill values near or below zero once again. We'll see mainly sunny skies through the weekend but the cold air will hang on with highs in the 30s. The cold air will set the stage for a chance of winter mix Monday as an area of low pressure moves up the east coast. This will clear on Tuesday followed by the chance for another round of winter mix Wednesday.
